How the Challenge works:
Starting January 15th, we'll work TOGETHER to grow in habits that make us stronger. You can choose habits that will strengthen your mind, your body, your faith, or all of the above!
You'll choose 1-5 daily habits (or practices) and 1-3 weekly habits - the choices are all yours, the goal is simply to focus on getting stronger in the areas that need the MOST of your attention right now.

This private group is ONLY for challenge members, and will provide you with daily encouragement, accountability, and support.
3 Live Calls!
These calls will help get and KEEP you motivated, as you stay on track all throughout the challenge. We'll have one call to kick off the challenge, a mid-challenge check-in, and a wrap-up call to finish the challenge!

As a mom, I'm super awesome at taking care of my people, and truly terrible at taking care of myself. Maybe you can relate?
My health has suffered because of it, and my own wellness is always at the back of my mind as something I'm failing at. I've tried a lot of diets, a lot of goal-setting, and a lot of "just do better".
Suffice it to say, none of that has worked very well.
This time around, I'm trying a different approach:
Instead of focusing on the end goal (weight loss, for example), I'm focusing on simple habits that will help me grow stronger.
Not skinnier, not prettier, not even smarter - STRONGER.
Stronger in every way. Spiritually, by anchoring this journey in my faith in Christ; Mentally, by learning more about health + wellness; and Physically, by strengthening my body one day at a time.
The hope is not just that this challenge lasts for 30 days, but that it kick-starts a new, stronger life. One where these healthy habits are truly a part of my day-to-day experience.
I hope this Stronger Challenge is that kick-start for all of us - giving us a way to focus on our health + overall wellness, together!
