How this challenge will work!
Welcome to the Stronger Challenge, friend!!
Starting January 15th, we'll work TOGETHER to grow in habits that make us stronger. You can choose habits that will strengthen your mind, your body, your faith, or all of the above!
You'll choose 1-5 daily habits (or practices) and 1-3 weekly habits - the choices are all yours, the goal is simply to focus on getting stronger in the areas that need the MOST of your attention right now.
Inside this challenge (below!) you'll find plenty of resources to keep you on track, like...
- Our Community Group! // This private group is ONLY for challenge members, and will provide you with daily encouragement, accountability, and support.
- 3 LIVE Calls! // These calls will help get and KEEP you motivated, as you stay on track all throughout the challenge.
